Its mission is to deliver quality water, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote creativity for continuous improvement. The company is committed to providing safe tap water with a compliance rate of over 99%. It also coordinates the implementation of the Regional Water Resources Plan (RWRS), aiming to guarantee a water supply to all Walloons.
