Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: 1st March 2024
At Geospatial World, we want to ensure that our users fully understand their rights and options regarding cancellations and refunds. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies specifically to Geospatial Resource Platform subscriptions and does not extend to Geospatial Resource Platform Enterprise subscriptions. Please review the following policies for trial users and subscribers:
A. For Trial Users:
- Trial users can cancel their subscriptions at any time during the trial period.
- If you cancel your trial subscription through the "My Profile" section and do not select another subscription, only future charges will be cancelled.
- Cancellations are effective immediately, and you will continue to have access to the platform until the trial period ends.
- No charges will be applied if you cancel during the trial period.
B. For Subscribers:
- Refund requests for subscriptions will only be considered if made within 7 days of the initial payment. No refunds will be issued after this period.
- If you cancel your subscription via the "My Profile" section and do not choose another subscription, only future billing charges will be cancelled.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be given for any unused portion of the current period.
- All subscriptions are recurring by default and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
- You will continue to have access to all benefits until the end of the current period, but no refund will be issued for the ongoing cycle.
Geospatial World reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription or account at its discretion, especially in cases of non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued. Geospatial World has the right to issue refunds or credits at its discretion. However, if a refund or credit is given, it does not guarantee that similar treatment will be applied to future requests.
