Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (KSIIDC)

KSIIDC is a premier state-level financial and infrastructure development institution, originally known as the Karnataka State Industrial Investment & Development Corporation, it was created to promote industrial growth and infrastructure development across Karnataka. It has played a key role in financing industrial projects, managing loan portfolios, and executing major infrastructure initiatives such as the Tadadi Sea Port, Bangalore Signature Business Park, and the International Convention Centre. It also engages in joint ventures for consultancy and city gas distribution projects.
