Geological Survey of Canada (GSC)

The Geological Survey of Canada (GSC) is Canada’s national organization for geoscientific information and research. It was established to inform policy, manage the country’s landmass, and responsibly develop its natural resources. The GSC supports various sectors including exploration, decision-making in mining and energy, hazards risk management, and more. It also studies and reports on Canada’s geology, natural geological hazards, and the development of natural resources.
