Directorate General of Health Services, Government of NCT of Delhi provides primary and secondary healthcare services through a network of dispensaries, health centers, school health clinics, and mobile health units across Delhi. DGHS coordinates and implements national and state health programs, manages the Delhi Government Employees Health Scheme (DGEHS), and oversees nursing home registration under the Delhi Nursing Homes Registration Act. It also handles public health surveillance, disaster management, biomedical waste management, and procurement of medicines through its Central Procurement Agency (CPA).
