Atal Innovation Mission (AIM)

The Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) is a flagship initiative that foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship across the country. AIM aims to create an umbrella structure to oversee India’s innovation ecosystem by developing programs and policies that support startups, schools, research institutions, and industries. Key initiatives include Atal Tinkering Labs (ATL) in schools, Atal Incubation Centres (AIC) for startups, and Atal Community Innovation Centres (ACIC) for underserved regions. AIM has supported over 3,500 startups, created 32,000+ jobs, and engaged 1.1 crore students in innovation activities.
