Aizawl Smart City Limited will be responsible for the preparation of a city-wide concept plan and proposal that will contain retrofitting or redevelopment or greenfield models and pan-city initiatives. The proposal will be citizen-driven from the beginning, achieved through citizen consultations, including active participation of groups of people, such as residents welfare associations, taxpayers associations, senior citizens, and slum dwellers associations.
