Landgate is Western Australia’s statutory land information authority, responsible for securing property ownership, valuing land and property, and providing authoritative location and spatial information for the State. Operating under the business name Landgate, it delivers three core services: Locate (mapping, imagery, geodetic and addressing data), Secure (land titles, survey plans and registration of interests), and Value (independent valuations for rates, taxes and government asset management).
