The Revenue Department, Telangana is responsible for managing Government land and revenue collection. It serves as the state's integrated land records management system, providing services such as land details search, mutation, encumbrance information, market value lookup, and property‑related certificates. The portal is developed and maintained under the authority of the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration (CCLA), enabling transparent, digitized, and accessible land governance. Bhu Bharati replaces the earlier Dharani system following the Telangana Bhu Bharati Act, 2025.
