The Directorate of Settlement & Land Records (DSLR), Government of Goa, is the nodal department responsible for maintaining, updating, and digitizing land records across the state. It manages Records of Rights (RoR), mutation entries, survey plans, cadastral maps, and partition/mutation notices. The department has enabled 100% computerization of both rural and urban land records, making Goa one of India’s earliest fully digitized land‑record states. DSLR delivers citizen services such as Form I & XIV, Form D, mutation status, and land maps via its online portal.
