CAW necessitated accurate projections of both present and future expenditures to ensure profitability and sustainable provision of potable water. Spanning an area of 1864.79 square kilometers, effective decision-making was facilitated through the utilization of the Pulaski Area Geographic Information System (PAgis). This autonomous GIS platform empowered comprehensive asset management and insightful analysis of water supply dynamics.
