    Project Details

The Chinese Academy of Sciences utilizes OceanAlpha's MM70 autonomous sampling boat and Hydrolab's water quality sonde to conduct water quality monitoring on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Operating in extreme environmental conditions, including high altitudes and severe cold, the USV collects data on seven key parameters of lake water quality. Geospatial technologies aid in precise mapping and analysis of the ecosystem's response to climate change. Despite challenges, the project exemplifies innovation and resilience, offering crucial insights for sustainable environmental management.
