    Project Details

The Golden State Warriors' move from Oakland to San Francisco for the 2019-2020 NBA season marked a significant milestone in the team's history. The team transitioned to the state-of-the-art USD 1.4 billion Chase Center, featuring an 18,000-seat arena, two 11-story office buildings, a broadcast studio, a retail center with over 20 shops and restaurants, and expansive open spaces. Managed by the Mortenson-Clark joint Venture, construction of this multifaceted complex was completed within an ambitious 31-month timeline, despite challenges such as coordinating with existing buildings and ongoing construction activities in the area. The Chase Center not only serves as the new home for the Warriors but also stands as a symbol of innovation and revitalization in the heart of San Francisco.
