    Project Details

Three Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are served by the community healthcare services provided by CWP. In addition to its own facilities, the Trust offers services from over 100 locations, including co-located clinics in GP offices and council buildings. Under the Public Sector Geospatial Agreement (PSGA), the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) has access to Ordnance Survey data. The Trust used the 1:250,000 Scale Raster and OS VectorMap District datasets to model the needs for mental and physical health services in East Cheshire during a 2018 review of community health services.
