In the challenging environment of the Amazon jungle, where mining operations contended with GPS signal degradation and precision demands for optimal resource extraction, Flanders, a leader in electrical machinery, collaborated with Septentrio, a provider of advanced GNSS solutions. By integrating Septentrio's AsteRx-U GNSS receivers into Flanders' ARDVAC drill control system, the project addressed the harsh conditions and operational complexities of mining.
