    Project Details

    Situated on the banks of the Narmada river, near the Sardar Sarovar Dam, India has the world's tallest statue of Sardar Vallabhai Patel at 182 meters. The statue commemorates the first Home Minister of India and his unification of princely states.It was inaugurated on his 143rd Birthday. Designed by Ram V Sutar, its contruction began in 2014 and is located between Satpura and Vindyan mountain ranges near Kevadia town in Gujarat.
