Upstream Health, a UK-based health tech company, has developed the Bridgit Home Support Hub, an IoT-based monitoring solution aimed at improving the well-being of elderly individuals receiving social care at home. The device collects over 40 data points in real-time, providing valuable insights to caregivers through a user-friendly online app. Deployed initially in Hull City Council, with pilots underway in York and North Wales, the Bridgit Home Support Hub aims to enhance preventive care and enable seniors to live independently for longer.
