The USD 86 million modernization project at Carolinas Healthcare System NorthEast in Concord, North Carolina, includes infrastructure upgrades and a five-story patient bed tower addition. Led by Robins & Morton (R&M), the project aims to enhance healthcare services with a cardiology center and 60 med-surgery beds. Despite facing collaboration challenges among subcontractors, designers, and owners, R&M remains focused on meticulous planning and execution. Ensuring safety and efficiency throughout, R&M also manages five emergency exits throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring the project's success while positively impacting the Concord community.
