The initiative standardizes datasets via national specifications, ensuring seamless access through machine interfaces. Built on four legal roles—producer, consumer, coordinator, and data host—the infrastructure enhances collaboration between municipalities, authorities, and vendors. Agile development enabled multiple test versions and technical solutions, while a unified agreement model allows consumers to access data from multiple producers with a single contract.
