In 2022, GAI Consultants' Florida Transportation group sought to enhance productivity and design delivery strategies, as the adoption of Bentley's "Open" technologies increased among employees and clients. However, federated workflows and model sharing complexities emerged as significant challenges in the design process. With numerous offices and subconsultants involved, sharing large design files among team members and clients became time-consuming, impacting project delivery speed.
