    Project Details

The City of Harrisburg’s construction inspection process underwent a transformative shift from a paper-intensive, inefficient workflow to a streamlined, fully digital system implemented by Dawood Engineering. The previous system involved manual data collection using PDF forms, inconsistent file-naming conventions, and reliance on email-based communication, creating inefficiencies and a high likelihood of transcription errors.

The new process eliminated paper-based inefficiencies, reduced field inspection times, and provided the City of Harrisburg with a reliable, searchable record of all construction activities. The automation of metrics like travel and office time further enhanced transparency and operational efficiency.
