    Project Details

Storm Geomatics employed geospatial technologies to create a comprehensive digital replica of the River Test, a protected chalk stream in Hampshire. Overcoming challenges of environmental sensitivity and access constraints, they utilized RPAS for aerial surveying and Norbit Multibeam Sonar for underwater data collection. Collaboration with stakeholders, including Natural England and local fishing clubs, ensured minimal disruption. The resulting digital twin serves as a powerful tool for sustainable river management, demonstrating the successful integration of technology and conservation principles.
