    Project Details

    Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) aimed to streamline its rental car services by consolidating existing companies into a single, convenient location near the 405 Freeway. The approximately seven million square feet project was assigned to Southland's Southern California Division. Southland's responsibilities included mechanical HVAC and plumbing work, covering storm systems, sanitary waste, and vent systems, air-cooled variable refrigerant flow (VRF), split systems, and both general and specialty exhaust systems.
