    Project Details

Siemensstadt Square, a 70-hectare urban district in Berlin, is being developed as a state-of-the-art hub for industrial, commercial, educational, and social infrastructure. This ambitious initiative, a collaboration between Bentley Systems and Siemens, integrates cutting-edge digital twin technology to revolutionize urban planning and development. The digital twin serves as a dynamic virtual replica of the district, allowing stakeholders to visualize, simulate, and optimize assets such as roads, utilities, and buildings before construction begins.

The immersive 3D platform connects diverse data types and stakeholders, enabling efficient collaboration between engineers, architects, and construction teams. By simulating different scenarios, the digital twin ensures smarter decision-making, reduces construction risks, and enhances project outcomes. It also supports Siemensstadt Square's sustainability goals, tracking carbon-neutral objectives and ESG metrics. The integration of real-time data and cloud-based tools ensures the project remains adaptive and future-ready, laying the groundwork for an intelligent, sustainable urban district.
