    Project Details

Auspat Land Survey Australia (Auspat) was deeply involved in the Metro Tunnel Project, a monumental endeavor to construct twin nine-kilometer rail tunnels and five underground stations in Melbourne, Australia. Since 2018, Auspat played a pivotal role in various project phases, including the construction of the diaphragm wall (D-Wall) at Arden Station, early groundworks and excavation at the stations (including station boxes and portals), excavation at the tunnel entrance, and station construction at Arden and Anzac stations. Establishing a main network of survey control for these sites was a primary objective. The Auspat team relied on a dependable and precise control network, accomplishing successful site traverses with Leica Geosystems' total stations. With extensive experience and cutting-edge technology, Auspat contributed to driving efficiency and excellence in surveying solutions for this landmark rail project.
