Gozdno Gospodarstvo Les, responsible for managing over 2,000 hectares of forest in Slovenia, implemented a modern geospatial workflow to support its sustainable forestry operations. Key activities—including timber harvesting, boundary marking, forest cultivation, and grassland rentals—required accurate field data and coordinated communication across teams. The new system enabled real-time data collection and monitoring, even in remote areas, and supported additional tasks such as auction tracking, habitat tree monitoring, and detection of unauthorized activities. The transition significantly reduced operational time and costs while improving data accuracy and collaboration among forestry staff, environmental groups, and local stakeholders.
