    Project Details

The urban planners and designers of Prague delved into the revitalization of the historic Florenc neighborhood. Facing the challenge of modernization Institute of Planning and Development (IPR Prague) organized the "Florenc 21" competition inviting global architects to re-envision the area using advanced geospatial technologies like GIS and digital twinning. Through meticulous 3D modeling and microclimate analysis, the project aimed to blend modernization with preservation, ensuring sustainability and community well-being. By integrating innovative solutions, Florenc transitions from an industrial relic to a vibrant, resilient hub, symbolizing Prague's dedication to harmonizing tradition and progress in urban design.
