TruePoint was engaged to laser scan and create a 3D model of a 17,000 square foot façade for a new building addition at an airport. The client, responsible for fabricating and installing custom architectural panels, required precise measurements to ensure the panels fit seamlessly with the existing substructure and window arrangement. Following the delivery of the initial 3D model, the client requested a second mobilization to scan and model the building's awning, which also had to adhere to the unique geometry of existing airport awnings.
