    Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc., a leading civil engineering and surveying firm in Southeastern Florida, has been selected as the surveyor of record for the transformative Avenir development project in Palm Beach County. Spanning 4,752 acres, Avenir will feature 3,900 homes, a resort-style clubhouse, a working farm, golf cart paths, dog parks, and extensive water features. Over the course of 5 years, Caulfield & Wheeler will provide surveying services, including topographical data and layout planning, to support construction progress.
