Spanning 4,752 acres, Avenir will feature 3,900 homes, a resort-style clubhouse, a working farm, golf cart paths, dog parks, and extensive water features. Over the course of 5 years, Caulfield & Wheeler will provide surveying services, including topographical data and layout planning, to support construction progress.
