The City of Piaseczno, a growing suburb of Warsaw with over 80,000 residents, embarked on an ambitious project to streamline its public safety and municipal service operations by integrating Hexagon's HxGN OnCall Dispatch system. Prior to this integration, Piaseczno's various public safety agencies and municipal departments operated with disparate systems, making coordination and incident management challenging. With the implementation of the HxGN OnCall Dispatch system, Piaseczno transformed its approach to incident management, leveraging a centralized platform that integrates data from various sources, including resident reports via mobile apps, IoT sensors monitoring infrastructure, and traditional communication methods.
