TruePoint was engaged to capture precise dimensions of a multi-line production system in a San Antonio, Texas manufacturing facility using 3D laser scanning technology. The task involved surveying existing conditions, including conveyors, mechanical equipment, piping layouts, pipe supports, structural steel, and platforms. The objective was to provide an accurate point cloud for evaluating equipment placement, adding electrical boxes for new machinery, and designing modifications to the site. This project aimed to ensure the precise documentation needed for efficient upgrades to the production lines.
