    Project Details

TruePoint was tasked with capturing the dimensions and locations of critical features within a congested and operational lime plant. These features included overhead conveyors, ductwork, piping, chutes, hoppers, shelter houses, exterior building footprints, and steel structure supports. By employing 3D laser scanning technology, TruePoint efficiently and safely gathered the necessary data without disrupting plant operations. The deliverables enabled the engineering firm to visualize the plant's layout, perform clash detection, and plan future modifications with precision.
