    Project Details

The Cary Utilities Department serves Cary and Morrisville, North Carolina, providing drinking water to a rapidly growing population driven by the area's tech prominence. Despite proactive measures against lead service lines, locating and replacing remaining ones is challenging due to staff turnover risking institutional knowledge loss. Nonetheless, the department remains committed to addressing these challenges while ensuring the health and well-being of its constituents amidst Cary's dynamic growth as a technological epicentre.
