Esri India's collaboration with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) aims to enhance services for Mumbai's citizens and businesses. Their efforts have been recognized with a Special Mention Award under the Smart Cities category by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA). The portal achieves hosting of all GIS data of participating departments and a web application that is shared across the user base.
