The Wuhan Environmental Protection Bureau (WHEPB) seeks to implement an autonomous water sampling and monitoring systems in Wuhan, China, to address the inefficiencies and safety concerns associated with traditional manual methods. Partnering with OceanAlpha Group Ltd., the Wuhan Environmental Protection Bureau deployed unmanned surface vessels equipped with GPS navigation and multi-parameter sonars. The solution vastly improved efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in monitoring water quality across the city's numerous lakes.
