Indio Water Authority (IWA), serving 85,000 residents across a 38-square-mile service area, undertook a comprehensive modernization of its GIS platform to ensure efficient and reliable water resource management. The transformation included redesigning workflows to align with the new GIS capabilities, optimizing asset management processes, and incorporating Neptune metering data for advanced consumption analysis. By enabling automated updates of 30,000 records nightly and providing mobile access for field teams, the solution significantly streamlined operations.
