    Project Details

The 366th Civil Engineering Squadron at Mountain Home Air Force Base sought to overhaul its space management processes to align with the US Air Force’s rank- and job-based entitlement regulations. The traditional paper-based workflow was insufficient to address the complexity of modern space utilization and personnel allocation and there was a growing demand for a more sophisticated and digital approach. Matrix Design Group, Inc., a nationally recognized firm specializing in GIS-based solutions, partnered with the squadron to modernize their processes.
