Mazoon Electricity Company (MZEC) sought to modernize its electric asset inspection and maintenance workflows, which were heavily reliant on paper forms. The legacy process led to issues such as inaccurate, outdated, and incomplete maintenance reports, along with difficulties in filing, storage, and data analysis. With 141 teams comprising over 500 employees and contractors involved in field maintenance activities, managing and monitoring their performance without a consistent process and data management system was challenging.
