The Basauri City Council, tasked with the management of the municipality’s cadastre, faced a pressing need to modernize its systems. The existing cadastral system, while functional, relied on outdated technology no longer supported by manufacturers, resulting in inefficiencies and compatibility issues. The project aimed to create a robust, modern solution that accurately reflected the municipality's reality, automated complex cadastral operations, and seamlessly integrated with the Bizkaia Provincial Council's management system. The solution not only streamlined operations but also enhanced fiscal efficiency by increasing property tax collection and optimizing resource allocation.
