    Project Details

TruePoint was tasked with 3D laser scanning the Hard Rock Stadium to support the creation of a mixed-reality experience for the 2020 Super Bowl. Mixed reality integrates physical and virtual environments, necessitating high precision in capturing the stadium's spatial layout. TruePoint documented the upper and lower stands, field topography, LED display screens, LED ribbon around the stadium, two Hard Rock Stadium signs, and roof structure. Over two days onsite, TruePoint's team conducted 172 laser scans, generating accurate point cloud data and quickly converting it into a detailed 3D Revit model for the client.
