The St. Elisabeth Hospital, a significant healthcare facility in the Otrobanda City district of Curaçao, served as a vital medical hub for over 160 years. However, deemed unfit for contemporary standards in 2011, plans for a new hospital materialized, leading to the construction of the Curaçao Medical Center in 2019. Before renovation projects, Urban Studio, commissioned by the survey bureau "Landmark," undertook the mapping of St. Elisabeth Hospital. Employing mobile LiDAR technology, they meticulously scanned and captured the hospital's complex structure, encompassing six sub-buildings with multiple floors and numerous rooms.
