Fugro has secured a contract with Energinet to conduct floating wind LiDAR measurements for five offshore wind projects in Denmark. Ten SEAWATCH Wind LiDAR Buoys will be deployed and operated throughout the Kattegat Sea, Baltic Sea, and North Sea regions to gather real-time metocean and environmental monitoring data. This initiative is aligned with Denmark's ambitious target of deploying 12.9 GW of offshore wind capacity by the year 2030.
