In an effort to preserve and restore the historical integrity of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Unity Temple, TruePoint was commissioned to document the building thoroughly using advanced laser scanning technology and Building Information Modeling (BIM). This project was pivotal for preparing the temple for a multi-million-dollar restoration. TruePoint's experts performed a comprehensive scan of both the interior and exterior, including detailed areas such as the temple, offices, mechanical basement, classrooms, roof, and skylights. The high level of detail captured ensured that no historical elements were lost and provided a robust basis for restoring Unity Temple without compromising its architectural legacy.
