    Project Details

Sabah Al-Salem University City-Kuwait University (SSUC-KU), a new university city established in Shedadiya, Kuwait, aims to accommodate up to 50,000 students across its sprawling 6 million square meter campus. In 2017, project managers proposed the implementation of Geographic Information System (GIS) technology across the new campus to enhance academic and operational efficiency. The goal was to create an enterprise geodatabase and management system, develop a mobile app, and integrate GIS with other SSUC-KU systems such as project and construction management (PCM), information communication technology (ICT), and building information modeling (BIM).
