    Project Details

Orlando Executive (ORL) and Orlando International (MCO) airports are managed by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority. Over the years, the Authority has amassed substantial amounts of CAD and GIS data depicting landside and airside amenities at its airports. Additionally, the Authority has recently begun to receive BIM data, particularly for the infrastructure of the South Terminal Complex. Various departments, including maintenance and operations, are keenly interested in the BIM data due to its valuable asset information. Consequently, Woolpert has been entrusted by the Authority with developing integrations for data translation between CAD, GIS, and BIM. The Authority aims to integrate information from multiple sources, including CAD, GIS, and BIM, into the existing GIS system.
