Integrated Project Delivery Model Provides Sustainability to Construction with 90% Cost Reduction

Brown Univeristy saw the necessity of an approximatel 7,500 square meters Engineering Research Center in order to cater to newer facilities under various themes. The univereisty consulted BuroHappold for the center's structural engineering, MEP engineering, facades, lighting design and energy modelling. This center is adjucent to the Barus and Holley complex hence, a resoure for the entire campus, houses cleanrooms, core reasearch facilities and high tech research labs with open spaces.
