Housing project in London at Wembley Park was undertaken by John Sisk & Son, known as Canada Gardens and Quebec. Canada Gardens comprises 750 new homes, while Quebec houses 458 new built-to-rent homes across three blocks of varying heights (10 to 21 storeys). The real estate project has been completed and is now open to public. The 78 acre, mixed use development was also Paris Agreement aligned and intended to limit global warming by 1.5° as well as support and adjust to sustainable development goals.
