Al-Ain, a culturally rich city in the UAE, is undergoing significant urban development with the construction of a new commercial building in the historic Hilli area. The project, managed by British Applied College, aims to adhere to strict height regulations while providing essential parking facilities to support economic growth. Due to the desert climate and soft soil conditions in Al-Ain, the structural design required careful consideration to ensure stability and minimize environmental impact.
