OceanAlpha, Applanix, Kongsberg Maritime, and, Teledyne Geospatial collaborated for a hydrographic surveying project, specifically focusing on the utilization of an Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV), the ME120, equipped with advanced Multibeam Echo Sounder Systems (MBES). Conducted in the challenging terrain of the Wanjiazhai and Longkou reservoirs within the Yellow River basin in China, the project aimed to accurately map the underwater topography to enhance reservoir management and planning.
