    Project Details

    TruePoint was tasked with 3D laser scanning a historic theatre, including the main floor, three balcony levels, and box seats. The objective was to generate a 3D Revit model to facilitate seating renovations. The data acquisition targeted structural features such as exposed columns and beams, as well as the architectural envelope of the audience area, including walls, floors, ceilings, doors, openings, railings, seats, and lighting. The project aimed to provide precise, as-built documentation of the historic theatre to ensure accurate planning and execution of the seating renovations.
